Before check-in: We can store your luggage free of charge from 12:00 on your check-in day. Please contact us in advance.
After check-out: We can store your luggage free of charge until 23:59 on your check-out day.
Outside of these hours, storage is available for ¥700 per item per day. Please contact us if you wish to use this service.
Towels (bath towel, face towel, bath mat) are exchanged once per night, free of charge. Please ask the front desk staff on the 1st floor. For guests staying 4 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning including bed-making will be provided once every 3 nights thereafter. Eligible guests will be informed at check-in.
